Everyone reacts differently to the loss of a loved one.
Dealing with grief can take a long time.
Sometimes talking to family and friends isn’t enough and it can be helpful to talk to someone who will listen without the need to talk about themselves or their own experiences. Someone who won’t say “Get on with your life”.
As a Bereavement Counsellor, my role is to support those who have lost a loved one. Using a person-centred approach, I will help you understand the grieving process and help you work through your grief. I will encourage you to find ways of coping with loss in a totally supportive and non-judgemental way.
