I believe that a funeral is about the person who has died and the life they led. Some of the best funerals I have attended included laughter as well as tears. but most of all offer some shared comfort to family and friends.
For that reason I trained as a professional celebrant and have a Diploma in Funeral Celebrancy. I am also a member of the Insitute of Civil Funerals. I will use all my knowledge and experience to help you through the funeral ceremony.
Not everyone wants the same type of funeral and I will meet with you in your own home to discuss the ceremony fully. You will be able to check the ceremony content beforehand and I will offer you a full text to keep afterwards.
The ceremony will capture the very essence of the person and tell the story of the life that has been lived.
What People Say:
"You were there for us all at the most difficult time. A friend for ever".
"A beautiful service, you really did captured the essence of Dad."
"We played bridge every week but I never knew so many wonderful things about him"
"One of Mum’s close friends said she’d been quite down since hearing that Mum had died, however, when walking out of the chapel, she felt ‘uplifted’. Others have said the same type of thing so I want to thank you for getting the balance right and making the service feel so right – so ‘Mum’. "
